DIRECTIONS TO VINFEN'S TRAINING CENTER
Vinfen is committed to training and developing its employees to realize the highest possible levels of professional achievement. Vinfen’s Training Center (VTC) was established in 1997 to provide job skills and career development for all Vinfen employees. Today, the VTC continues to thrive and meet the growing demands of an ever changing and diverse workforce. We currently offer more than 50 courses each year and course attendance has risen to almost 7,000 participants annually.
We provide a collaborative, diverse educational environment, enabling learners to acquire the knowledge and skills needed to deliver quality service and to help transform lives. Our approach reflects our belief that people learn best in engaging, collaborative environments with robust give-and-take among learners and instructors alike.
People are smart in different ways. It isn't about how smart we are, but how we are smart. Learning is also about remaining open to new ideas and experiences throughout our adult lives. Indeed, we believe passionately that human development is a never-ending, lifelong process of learning and improving.
Excellence and consistency are critical for successful training and development. Vinfen courses are regularly reviewed and revised. All of our instructors are coached by training professionals and evaluated by their students at the completion of every course.

Vinfen enjoys relationships with area colleges and universities that help to support the professional development of our employees. Some of these opportunities include the following:
Tuition remission allows eligible Vinfen employees to receive tuition assistance at state-supported colleges and community colleges for state-supported courses.
Framingham State College Partnership allows eligible Vinfen employees to pursue a Master in Public Administration or Counseling Psychology at a discounted rate.
Classes on Vinfen premises, such as M.A. in Counseling Psychology courses from Framingham State College are occasionally offered.
Professional Development Fund is available to eligible Vinfen employees interested in pursuing a graduate or undergraduate degree in a field that is aligned with Vinfen’s mission.
Vinfen Board of Directors Scholarship is a prestigious award conferred upon a single outstanding operations management employee each year.
