Hancock Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center (Hancock Manor), a licensed 72-bed skilled nursing facility, has been owned and operated by Vinfen since 1992. Located in Dorchester, Mass., Hancock Manor is an inner city skilled nursing facility that cares for a population with multiple medical and psychiatric disabilities. Strongly committed to providing services to an underserved population with serious mental illness, mental retardation and multiple medical complications, Hancock Manor welcomes residents who require intensive levels of clinical, rehabilitative, and social services. Hancock Manor prides itself on providing the highest quality of care to its residents, and the staff work to ensure they have a comfortable, safe, and supportive home environment.

Hancock Manor’s mission is focused on providing the highest standard of care to residents who suffer from mental illness that is complicated by medical problems. A comprehensive assessment of each resident’s psychiatric and medical problems is conducted by each discipline, and an individual’s service/care plan is established.
